Refund Policy

Shared and WordPress hosting plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date the service is activated.

The guarantee applies to the first purchase of a hosting plan. Renewals are not covered, but you can cancel a renewal at any time before it is charged.

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers. Registry fees are paid immediately and cannot be recovered, so the domain stays yours instead.

SSL certificates once issued, licences purchased on your behalf, and any add-on where a third party has already been paid.

Services terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or for fraudulent payment.

If your plan included a free domain and you request a refund, the standard registration fee for that domain is deducted from the amount returned. You keep the domain and can transfer it away whenever you like.

Open a ticket from your account within 30 days of activation, naming the service. You do not need to justify the request.

We confirm the cancellation, stop future billing and process the refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are approved within two business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the money typically appears within five to ten business days.

Where the original method can no longer receive funds, we issue account credit or arrange an alternative with you.

You may cancel any service at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term, so you keep what you have paid for and are not charged again.
